Getting ready in the morning can be really stressful. There’s a lot of things that can make us late, like forgetting your morning routine or waking up late.
For this reason it’s important that you have a solid morning routine and stick to it. Not only will it keep you on time and less stressed, it will set you up for an awesome day!
We asked the ladies on our Women in the Workplace stream of learning what their tips were for a successful morning, and in this blog we’re going to share them with you, because we think they’re great!

Holly’s top tips 

1. Shower at night
2. Keep your outfit simple, or pick out your clothes the night before
3. Have a quick breakfast option on hand
4. Leave the house on time for catching public transport

Ange’s top tips 

1. Not to press the snooze button
2. Have breakfast
3. Have a set time to leave the house by

Kymberleigh’s top tips 

1. Set an alarm
2. Eat a healthy breakfast
3. Shower and dress
4. Check for important emails
5. Gather all the items you need for your handbag or briefcase or backpack
6. Check you have enough money to get to and from work

Emma’s top tips 

1. Shower to wake up
2. Have a good breakfast
3. Get dressed in work clothes (if you are going to work)
4. Prepare A packed lunch
5. Look in the mirror before leaving home

Carla’s top tips 

1. Make sure to have a healthy simple breakfast
2. Exercise & move to help the body warm up for the day
3. Prepare a healthy lunch the night before if you don’t have enough time in the morning

Eleanor’s top tips 

1. Eat breakfast and drink water
2. Avoid your smartphone
3. Give yourself enough time
4. Remind yourself positive things

Domenica’s top tips 

1. Wake up for the day
2. Have a shower to wake up
3. Make a healthy breakfast with eggs, tomato, & cucumber salad
4. Have a cup of tea
